AI videos with subtitles built in
Every ForgeReel video comes with subtitles already burned in and timed to the AI voiceover. There's no caption file to sync and no editor to open, and you decide how they look.
Two free videos. No credit card required.
Subtitle styles you control
Full sentence or word by word
Show a whole sentence at once, or reveal each word in sync with the narration.
Pop animation
Add a springy pop as each subtitle appears, or keep them static.
Position
Top, center, bottom, two-thirds down, or a custom height as a percentage of the frame.
Font and size
Choose the font and set the text size in pixels.
Color and outline
Pick the text color, plus an outline color and thickness for readability over busy footage.
Background box
Draw a solid box behind the text, with square or rounded corners.
Burned in, not a separate file
Subtitles are rendered into the picture itself (often called open captions), so they appear on every platform and in every player exactly as you styled them.
The trade-off is that viewers can't turn them off, and ForgeReel doesn't export a separate SRT caption file. If you don't want captions, switch subtitles off before generating.
How subtitles are generated
- 01
The script is narrated
An AI voice reads the script, whether AI wrote it or you did.
- 02
Captions are timed
Subtitles follow the voiceover, sentence by sentence or word by word.
- 03
Rendered into the MP4
Your chosen style is burned into the final 9:16 or 16:9 video.
Frequently asked questions
Are subtitles added automatically?
Yes, they're on by default. Open Advanced settings only if you want to restyle them or turn them off.
Can I edit the subtitle text?
Subtitles follow the narration. To control the exact words, write your own script: it's narrated and captioned as written.
Which language are the subtitles in?
The same language as the script and voiceover.
How much does it cost?
Your first two videos are free, with no credit card needed. After that you buy a credit pack (from $7.99, no subscription): one credit makes one video, and credits never expire.
