Video generation is metered using credits. Credits are purchased in one-time, non-subscription packs, do not expire, and are non-transferable between accounts. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. See our Refund Policy for how failed or unsatisfactory generations are handled.

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:

• is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes another party's intellectual property rights;
• is deceptive, impersonates a real person without consent, or spreads misinformation;
• contains malware or is intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system;
• violates the acceptable-use policies of any third-party platform you publish it to.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the videos you generate through the Service. Underlying stock footage, voices, or music licensed from third-party providers remain subject to those providers' license terms, which we will make available on request.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any specific use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Legal Name] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
