Refund Policy

ForgeReel.AI sells credit packs as one-time purchases. Once a purchase is completed, it is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Credits never expire, so there is no need to use them within a specific window.

If a video generation fails or is not delivered due to an error on our end, the credit(s) spent on that attempt are automatically returned to your account balance rather than refunded as cash. You can see this reflected as "credit was refunded" on the relevant task.

Because generated video content is produced automatically from your input, we do not offer refunds solely because the output did not meet expectations. If you believe a generation contains a clear defect or error, contact support and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice for the same purchase, or a charge was unauthorized, contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues can be resolved faster directly with support.
