This Privacy Policy explains how Riosyn ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ForgeReel.AI (the "Service").

• Account information: email address and authentication data, handled via our authentication provider, Supabase.
• Google Account information (if you sign in with Google): your name, email address, and profile picture, provided by Google when you choose to sign in with your Google Account. We request only basic profile scopes (openid, email, profile) — we do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, YouTube, or other Google data.
• Content you submit: the text prompts, scripts, and settings you provide to generate videos, and the resulting output.
• Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and credit balance, but never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and secure the Service.

We use the information above to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating your videos;
• process payments and maintain your credit balance;
• communicate with you about your account, purchases, or support requests;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

We share information with the following categories of service providers as needed to operate the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and application data storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us your basic profile information as described in Section 2 and below.
• Video-generation providers (text-to-speech, stock footage/media, and language-model providers) used to produce your generated videos.

These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

If you sign in with Google, we receive limited profile information from Google (your name, email address, and profile picture) solely to authenticate you and create and manage your account. We do not use this information for any other purpose, including advertising, and we do not sell it or share it except with Supabase, our authentication provider, to operate sign-in, or as required by law.

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, YouTube, or any other Google service beyond basic sign-in profile information. No Google user data is read, used, or reviewed by human staff except: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) as necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

We retain account information and generated content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
